This is a tutorial for Photoshop beginners and demonstrates resizing an image.

    When you click the “Move Tool”, check “Show Transform Controls” at the top. Make sure the layer you’re trying to resize is selected. You should get a box around the layer you’re trying to resize. Also, on windows, shift+click to resize proportionally.
